KCM Therapy LLC is an Out of Network Provider.  Services are covered under outpatient mental health benefits.  You may check with your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits.  Once a deductible is met, insurance typically meets most treatment expenses. KCM Therapy provides a super bill after sessions but is not responsible for claim submission.  

 

At this time, KCM Therapy LLC is a non Medicare provider.

Individual/Family Therapy 50 minutes:  $195

Nature Walks 50 minutes:  $195 

Group Therapy:  $70 per person (for 3 or more participants) 

Custom programs:  Prices upon request
